We're looking for regional activations that bring strong builders into the HackMeridian pipeline and get them ready to hack in Lisbon this October.

The campaign

Helping builders find their way
to HackMeridian.

One builder enters through an AI workshop. Another through a founder evening, a university community, or a mini-hack run in their city. FIND YOUR WAY treats every regional activation as a legitimate entry point into HackMeridian: a distributed network of ways in, built around the communities and formats that already exist in each market, not a city-by-city roadshow that looks the same everywhere.

Partners create those ways in. Each activation maps to one campaign beat, runs on Guava-provided content and infrastructure, and carries one shared call to action: FIND YOUR WAY → HACKMERIDIAN.

The partner profile

Who we're looking for.

This is a curated program, not an open call. Strong partners usually combine several of the following:

An existing developer, founder, university, technical, or builder community
Credible reach in their local ecosystem
The ability to recruit intentionally, not just through paid promotion
Experience producing community programming
A clear understanding of the builders in their market
The operational ability to execute locally
Enthusiasm for creating a meaningful pathway into HackMeridian

Delegated partners are EU/UK-based; other markets run as Guava-led activations.

Travel grant allocation and disbursement stay with Guava. Partners never distribute HackMeridian travel grants themselves.

Mini-Hack Weekend

For communities entering Stellar through structured learning and building. Workshops day one, build and demo day two.

Track: Genesis
Attendance: 30–60
Expected applications: 8–15

IRL Event Series

For partners capable of maintaining momentum over several events and weeks, closing on a demo night.

Track: Genesis + Scale
Attendance: 150–300 cumulative
Expected applications: 10–20 at the close

Scale Founder Evening

For high-signal networks of experienced founders and teams that have already shipped. Invite-only, one evening.

Track: Scale
Attendance: 15–30
Expected applications: 6–12

Travel support

Selected builders get help reaching Lisbon.

Awarded separately from partner activation budgets
Selected on the program's grant criteria and demo-day performance
Administered directly by Guava. Partners never distribute grants.

Partners submit recommended builders after their activation

Travel support is selective. Not every attendee receives funding.
